Shout out to Skip...I tried the watermelon wings and the small crab rice...I wish I got the large...it was SUPER GOOD!!! will definitely be back

My wife and I visited on 1/6/2026. We chose to dine in. I appreciate that the restaurant was clean and the staff very friendly. I enjoyed the TV as well. I was not charged for a fountain drink refill either. The food was delicious and I like the smaller chicken wing pieces. The fried pickles......I should have gotten 2 orders. Highly recommend visiting this location.

The wings were fresh and delicious. They treats us like family though we are visitors to Louisiana.

Man chicken & watermelon hit the spot! Definitely gonna come back. It’s a nice cozy spot limited seating but unlimited tastiness with the food! Good vibes & energy inside. Had music playing & fans running. I ordered the catfish plate w/Cajun fries & Beignet Fries with a medium watermelon drink food temp was right & it came with sauces

I go every time Im in NOLAl WITHOUT fail, I'm not into the touristy food. I love going 2 the local spots. And its ALWAYS on point CHICKEN & WATERMELON Is 1 of my favorite spots to eat at and $$ are very reasonable the celebrity wall is full of ppl that know GOOD EATIN!!

Wings are tender. Fries are tasty. They are not fresh cut fries, but they season them up nice. Staff is super friendly and patient. Love the choice of beverages. Zero diet anything. Everything is sweet and they have a few cool flavors of soda.

If you’ve been thinking about stopping by this place then please do. I’d previously come in here with a friend and it smelled so good that I decided I had to come back. Days later and on my way back, I had to pass a whole parking lot cookout by jazz daiquiris, which was not easy because I really wanted to try the food at chicken and watermelon. What I can tell you is that it was well worth the wait and the walk. I’m only a few minutes of a drive but I’m a 20 minute walk from the place and honestly, I’d rather walk so I can fit more food in my stomach the next time I decide to try these wings. The Cajun fries were delicious and the Caribbean barbecue flavored wings that I got were the best wings I’ve ever had. I absolutely will be back. P.S. if you’ve got a large party, you may want to pick up your food since it’s a little smaller on the inside.

Came here for lunch with friends on Oct 20 as we were wanting some good wings. The outside and inside isn’t too much to look at but don’t allow for that to deter you from the food! I order the 5 piece combo that comes with the 5 wings (any flavoring), fries, and a drink. The flavoring I choose was lemon pepper and I actually regret it as it wasn’t that tasty to be lemon pepper. The wings were very crispy like I like them but they were also a little small. For the pricing you do get a good deal and I would definitely go back to try one of the wet flavorings. I have also added pics of my friend’s wings!
